Q: Who can be involved with Guide Runners?
A: Anyone! If you're blind or visually impaired, you can becomes a runner. If you're sighted, you can become a guide. Whether or not you want to run, you can become a volunteer. To find out more about getting involved with Guide Runners, contact us now!

Q: Do I need to have experience running to become a Runner?
A: Absolutely not. If you are a "newbie," we will work with you to teach you to how to run. Runners and Guides train together so you will have a mentor who can teach you about the mechanics of running.
